DELIVERY


We use PayPal which is a safe and secure way to buy online.
You do not have to set up a Paypal account to use this system, you can simply use your debit or credit card to make a one-off secure payment.

Alternatively you can call us at the studio on 07817095363 to place your order and make payment via debit or credit card over the telephone.

Standard Delivery
UK postage and packing is FREE. 
Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery in the UK. 
Once you've placed your order you will receive an email with an estimated dispatch date. 
All our goods are shipped by Royal Mail First Class delivery or Recorded post.
All prints will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in a cardboard tube.
Greetings cards are wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in a hard backed envelope.
If you would like us to include a gift message just write a message in the 'Add special instructions for your order' box on your cart page.
Next Day Delivery
If you would like your purchase urgently then we offer a Next Day Delivery service on orders placed before 12pm.
Once you have placed your order and been taken through to the payment page you will then have the option to select the Next Day Delivery option.
Your shopping will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Please note all orders for Next Day Delivery Service need to be placed by 12pm to be sent on that day, to be delivered the following working day.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide.
The cost of postage/shipping for worldwide orders will be calculated when you check out and have logged into your Paypal account.
All worldwide orders will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on delivery.
Returns
In the unlikely event that your purchase is not to your satisfaction, please contact us via email to arrange a refund/exchange.
All returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in perfect condition to receive a full refund.
Please note, we cannot refund the postage costs and the return postage responsibility lies with the customer.
We recommend that you record the delivery.
If your order is damaged or something is wrong, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.
